Fryman Canyon Hikes – Fryman Canyon Real Estate
Fryman Canyon Hikes run through the 122-acre Fryman Canyon Park is located off Mulholland Drive in the eastern Santa Monica Mountains. Some of the best views of the San Fernando Valley can be seen from various lookout points along the trail. The Betty B. Dearing Mountain Trail is a 3.3-mile loop from the Nancy Hoover Pohl Overlook off Mulholland Drive /Laurel Canyon area. This trail can also be accessed from a narrow dirt track from Tree People’s site, via Iredell Street (if you are taking an early morning hike please keep in mind that this is a residential area and some people may still be sleeping).
The hiking trails are open to hikers, horses, and dogs on leash and under owner’s control. Please No mountain bikes on the Dearing Trail.
A parking lot is available at the corner of Fryman and Laurel Canyon.
